Metro South Safety Solutions is a protective services firm founded on the belief that physical security requires more than staffing. It requires leadership, preparation, accountability, and the ability to make sound decisions when conditions change.
The firm is led by Robert E. Wilborn II, an experienced law enforcement commander with a background in public safety leadership, personnel supervision, operational planning, and incident response.

Founder and Principal
Robert E. Wilborn II
Founder and Principal
Captain Robert E. Wilborn II is the Founder and Principal of Metro South Safety Solutions. He brings more than 15 years of law enforcement leadership, protective operations, personnel supervision, investigations, and organizational risk experience to the firm.
Throughout his career, Robert has led personnel during major events and critical incidents, managed sensitive investigations, advised executive leadership, strengthened operating procedures, and developed supervisors and frontline personnel. His background spans patrol operations, criminal investigations, Internal Affairs, professional standards, recruiting, background investigations, and crisis response.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University and an Associate of Applied Science from Purdue Global University. His professional credentials include the FBI LEEDA Trilogy Leadership Institute, Certified Public Manager designation, and Georgia P.O.S.T. Advanced, Managerial, Supervisory, and Intermediate certifications.
Robert founded Metro South Safety Solutions to provide organizations with more than a security presence. Under his leadership, the firm combines trained personnel, command level oversight, risk planning, clear communication, and accountable service to protect people, property, events, and operations.
